Currently, she is the Global Affairs Correspondent for Ticker News. As an Emmy® Award nominated journalist Veronica is a seasoned leader well-versed in planning and executing stellar original content. She utilizes her exceptional writing and editing skills to craft compelling and award-winning stories. Her work has highlighted a plethora of topics including breaking news, politics, global affairs, finance, travel, entertainment, and lifestyle features.

Throughout her career, she has always strived to provide viewers with observant, truthful and provocative content that is informative, engaging, and entertaining. Having received a prominent Fellowship from Rotary International, she was afforded the opportunity to live in Europe where she held meetings with other journalists, lawmakers, and community leaders to discuss the transatlantic relationship.

In 2015, Veronica traveled to Milan to cover the World Expo which focused on global sustainability. In 2018, she served as the Master of Ceremonies for the World Woman's Summit at the Clinton Presidential Library. At the U.S. Embassy in Italy, Veronica hosted a Women's Leadership Lunch and was a distinguished keynote speaker at a communication and science conference held at the Center for American Studies in Rome.

In January 2019, she moderated a “Women Mentoring Women” series in Washington DC; and in March, she presented a journalism workshop at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference & Festivals in Austin, Texas which celebrates the convergence of the interactive, film, gaming, and music industries.

Veronica’s international journalism also took her to financial meetings at AmCham Singapore and the U.S. Embassy in Singapore as well as political coverage at the Parliament of Malaysia and meetings the U.S. Embassy in Malaysia.

While she loves her job as a journalist, she also enjoys her role in the international community a Keynote Speaker, Goodwill Ambassador and Global Advocate. She is actively involved in her community and volunteers with many organizations in an effort to make the world a better place.
